    Modern Linux support

3) Any microphone e.g laptop built-in or USB plug in mic
4) Headphones (closed back). Why? Closed back headphones or ear buds stop any sound ‘bleeding’ out and causing echo.
5) An extension cable. Why? If your headphones do not have a long enough cable you may need to purchase a cheap extension cable which will allow you to get far enough away from the computer to be able to play freely.

What online support is availble to check my set up?
A member of the FIVA team will meet you online on acceptance to the course to help you set up correctly and show you how to access the sessions.
