T & C's

  • Participants must be aware of and comply with the terms and conditions set out by FIVA

  • Participants must be aged 18 Years and over or accompanied at all times during online sessions by a responsible adult

  • Participants who do not complete the course are still considered to be liable to pay the course fees in full.

  • FIVA take no responsibility for participants being unable to join online. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that they have adequate bandwidth to access the online lessons and masterclasses.

  • All successful participants will meet the course manager online at least 7 days before the course to check their internet connectivity and device set up. If the course manager deems the student to have inadequate provision to access the course, the student will be entitled  to a refund of £730 (full fee minus admin charge)

  • Observers can buy tickets for the public masterclasses through the FIVA masterclass page https://www.buytickets.at/fiva. All fees are due by electronic payment prior to the beginning of the masterclasses.

  • All public masterclasses are conducted through Zoom. It is the observers responsibility to ensure they can access zoom at the time of the class. To test zoom, please go to https://www.zoom.us/test

  • FIVA takes no responsibility for participants being unable to join online at the time of each session. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that they have adequate bandwidth to access the online lessons and masterclasses.

  • Failure to make payment, including any administration charges, within 7 days of the due date, may lead to disqualification from the course.

  • Registration - If you are under 18, you must have a responsible adult in all online sessions with you at all times.

  • All course fees and other charges become due for payment once an applicant is formally accepted on to the course.

  • Reimbursement of course fees for participants failing to complete the course for any reason is at the discretion of FIVA

  • Attendance: full attendance at all FIVA individual and small group lessons is mandatory to be eligible for the FIVA award and to receive the the FIVA certificate of participation.

  • FIVA reserves the right to refuse attendance if the requirements are not met, the course fee has not been paid in time or the participant’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate by the course moderator.

  • FIVA reserves the right to change the faculty at any time to be replaced with someone of equal standing in the profession.

  • FIVA will not pass on your contact details to any third party. To store your details, we use Mailchimp, Ticket Tailor and Wix. Information on how these third parties store your details are available by visiting these site's privacy policies (Links above).

  • For reasons of quality assurance and marketing, the online courses are recorded (picture and video material). Participants in the masterclasses consent to being recorded (video and audio). * The recordings cannot be sent to observers** after the event except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of FIVA*. Participants/observers** will be sent a link to watch the FIVA masterclass videos up to 7 days afterwards.

  • FIVA reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time.
